For our extra virgin olive oil, we only use olives from Europe that are cold pressed with mechanical mills.
The rich variety of EU olives can give different colors and tastes to the product: the Spanish olives add a pinch of spiciness, the Greek ones are sweeter while the Italian olives have a balanced flavor thanks to their fruity scents.
The color of Casa Rinaldi’s EVO oil is light green with golden hues. When tasted it is slightly fruity, bitter and spicy, giving off fresh and ripe olives’ scent.
