The Ling is a cousin of the cod and haddock, and you can do all the same things with it. The biggest difference is ling have a longer, more tapered body. We cut these loin steaks from the thicker top part of the fillet by the neck of the fish.
Note: Our fresh seafoods are for PRE-ORDER only and has ONE-WEEK LEAD TIME before delivery. (Orders placed every week before our cut-off of 4:30 PM every Friday will be served Saturday of following week.)
