Pollack has a mild, delicate taste with white flesh, large flakes, a slightly coarse texture and a low oil content. They have a similar but somewhat milder flavor as haddock or cod.

Note: Our fresh seafoods are for PRE-ORDER only and has ONE-WEEK LEAD TIME before delivery. (Orders placed every week before our cut-off of 4:30 PM every Friday will be served Saturday of following week.)
