This wine is produced entirely with Primitivo grapes, which ferment for 8 days in horizontal rotary winemakers with maceration on the skins, at a maximum temperature of 25 ° C.
Primitivo del Salento Tenuta San Marco – Due Palme shines in the glass of a beautiful vivid red. The nose has a harmonious bouqeut, with notes of red fruit and slightly spicy aromas. It can be appreciated for its elegant and soft taste, punctuated by pleasant tannins and a beautiful freshness.
